CHALET JULIETTE 

New rental chalet for 10 people settled in Petit-Chatel street.

The Chalet Juliette, built in 2022, is nestled close to the town facilities, with large sunny terrace, large panorama on the valley and the slopes. The chalet was built to offer cosy and spacious accomodation in a lovely part of the french alps within footsetps from Barbossine chairlift.

ROOMS:

2nd floor: 

One room with twin bed 90x200 (can becoming double bed)

3rd floor:

One room with twin bed 90x200(can becomming double bed)

One room with 3 single bed 90x200

One large room with view and balcony, with a double bed 160x200 and one single bed 90x200

FACILITIES: 

A Garage big enough for 2 cars with a ev-car power station and 4 outside parking spaces. 

Ski room with ski-shoes dryer. 

Games room with TV, DVD, board games, baby-foot on first floor. 

A large kitchen with all basic equipements, dishwasher, American fridge, induction stove, oven and micro-wave. 

A Washing machine and dryer in the cellar. 

A spacious Living room with a large sofa, chimney, smart TV (with international channel) and a lovely view of town and surrouding peaks. 

All bedroom have their own bathroom. 

There is 3 toilets and one toilet in a bathroom. 

A Outside jacuzzi for 5 people. 

SERVICES: 

Bed Linen and towels are provided.  

Cleaning on leaving day (except kitchen) is included. 

Welcome products are provided. 

Special discounts for rental materials at Pré la Joux ski shop . 

Wood for chimney on request. 

Winter prices 23/24:

Prices for a week, from saturday to saturday. 

Are not included: holidays taxes (2,30€ per day per person, free under 18 years old). 

Deposit : 2000 euros in cash or bank cheque.
